Featured Vendor: Pioneer Valley Vinegar Works

"Pioneer Valley Vinegar Works™  is located in Easthampton, MA, in the heart of the bucolic Pioneer Valley. The company was established by Jane Lyon, self-proclaimed “foodie” and owner. Jane began experimenting with different herbal infusions in 1994, while living in Philadelphia, PA. Originally conceived as a creative home-based enterprise, she peddled her vinegars at local farmers' markets and quickly garnered a devoted local following. In 2010, after a 40 year absence from New England, she relocated back to her roots in Massachusetts and settled in Easthampton. Here, the same original concept has evolved into a thriving company which offers over a dozen delicious and distinct flavors of herbal infused vinegar."
Jane will also be selling her line of hand made zinc & leather jewelry.
